The Hairuo Agent (Hong Kong) Industry Innovation Conference successfully Held

On November 19, hosted by Inspur Group and co-organized by Hong Kong Cyberport and Hong Kong Inspur Cloud Service Co., Ltd., the “Intelligence Everywhere with Cloud” Hairuo Agent (Hong Kong) Industry Innovation Conference was successfully held in Hong Kong. Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the HKSAR Government, Liu Jiyong, General Manager of Inspur Group, Guo Yike, Provost of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Zheng Songyan, CEO of Hong Kong Cyberport, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Ren Jingxin, Director of the Office of Introducing Key Enterprises of the Hong Kong SAR Government, and Xiao Xue, Executive President, Chief Engineer of Inspur Group and Chairman of Inspur Cloud, attended the conference.

In his speech, Sun Dong said that Hong Kong is actively developing new productive forces according to local conditions, improving relevant mechanisms and supporting facilities, and accelerating the development of Hong Kong into an international innovation and technology hub. The conference built an exchange platform for efficient collaboration between industry, academia and research, and he hoped that the ecological partners of Inspur and Hairuo Agent would make full use of Hong Kong’s unique advantages, as well as Hong Kong’s role as a “super connector” and “super value-adder”, and use Hong Kong as a springboard to “go global”, expand overseas emerging markets, and jointly build an innovation and technology industry chain that serves the overall strategy of China.

Liu Jiyong said that as a leading enterprise in the digital economy, Inspur Group focuses on the development trend of artificial intelligence, focuses on the layout of the large model industry, creates a number of large model products represented by Hairuo industry large model, forms a full-stack service system covering infrastructure, platform business, applications and services, and initiates the establishment of an artificial intelligence full-stack ecological alliance organization - Hairuo Agent. In the next step, Inspur will combine its own comparative advantages and resource endowments, and work with the Hong Kong SAR government, universities and relevant enterprise partners to accelerate the construction of an open, shared and collaborative industrial ecology, and help Hong Kong accelerate the construction of an international artificial intelligence industry highland.

Guo Yike said that the Hong Kong Generative AI R&D Center attaches great importance to the cooperation with Inspur, and the two sides have actively explored in the fields of cloud computing and large models, and have achieved phased practical results. With the wave of artificial intelligence, in the next step, the Hong Kong Generative AI R&D Center will join hands with Inspur to increase cooperation in the fields of data, computing power and industry large models, promote the transformation of more scientific research achievements and the implementation of scientific research projects, and continuously promote the vigorous development of generative AI technology in Hong Kong, as well as the implementation of industry applications and scenarios in the era of human-machine symbiosis.

Zheng Songyan said that cloud computing is one of the important components of digital infrastructure, and the collaboration between Cyberport and Inspur will provide a high-performance computing environment for Hong Kong’s technology ecosystem and bring more innovation impetus to digitalization. In the future, Cyberport is willing to deepen cooperation with Inspur, build a broader platform for technology enterprises based on Hairuo Agent to strengthen the exchange and cooperation in terms of technology and talents, and actively work with partners from all walks of life to develop AI-related industries, injecting new impetus into the development of Hong Kong’s digital economy.

During the conference, Inspur joined hands with representatives of more than 20 partners to jointly unveil the “Intelligence Everywhere with Cloud” Hairuo Agent Achievement Exhibition, and held the landing ceremony of Hairuo Agent (Hong Kong).

Nearly 300 people, including heads of relevant units of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Shandong Province, as well as heads of relevant associations, organizations and enterprises, experts and scholars, attended the event.
